The Aachen **„Printe“ – a kind of gingerbread –** is probably the best-known speciality from Aachen and should definitely not be missed during your visit to our city! But there are even more delicacies waiting for you - for example, how about **„Reisfladen“, a cake made with sweet rice, or our typical Aachen „Sauerbraten“**? That’s meat (originally horse, but nowadays mostly beef) marinated with vinegar and served with a sauce that contains Printen. Traditional cafés and restaurants invite you to immerse yourself in Aachen's world of delicacies.
