‘Hanswurst’ – Traditional sausage culture on Münsterplatz

At 'Münsterplatz', 'Hanswurst' is entirely dedicated to the art of German sausage tradition. Here you will find varieties made according to old butchery traditions, as well as vegetarian options and regional specialities. The grill gives everything a light, almost smoke-free flavour, while homemade sauces round off the taste. The atmosphere is uncomplicated, almost convivial.
