Nestled among the historic buildings of the neighbourhood, it is a place where regional classics such as Aachen Sauerbraten have just as much of a home as lighter dishes. The large terrace offers a view of the greenery, but remains clearly part of the lively spa area that has been attracting guests for centuries. The result is a mixture of local roots and contemporary gastronomy that can be easily combined with a stroll through Burtscheid."

Park Terraces – Dining between spa gardens and history

The Park-Terrassen combines its traditional location in Burtscheid's spa gardens with cuisine that reinterprets familiar flavours. The result is a mixture of local roots and contemporary gastronomy that can be easily combined with a stroll through Burtscheid.
