Portal grilles, stairwells and marble-clad walls tell of the city's long tradition of jurisprudence. The entrance hall with its white bronze windows conveys a solemn silence that characterises the place. The building was later expanded with a modern extension consisting of a central hall and two office wings. Even though the architecture has grown over time, the feeling remains that you are standing in a place where history and the present quietly meet."

The Aachen Regional Court building stands on historic ground and combines historical elements with a calm, prestigious aura. Portal grilles, stairwells and marble-clad walls tell of the city's long tradition of jurisprudence. The entrance hall with its white bronze windows conveys a solemn silence that characterises the place. The building was later expanded with a modern extension consisting of a central hall and two office wings. Even though the architecture has grown over time, the feeling remains that you are standing in a place where history and the present quietly meet.
