Allez Hop Festival

It's back! The Allez Hop Festival returns to Aachen.

On 11 and 12 September, Aachen's Market Square will once again become a meeting place for everyone who enjoys discovering great beer. Sixteen breweries from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg will be pouring more than 100 beers fresh from the tap. The focus is on creative brews that go far beyond familiar styles, offering plenty of opportunities to explore new flavours.

From pizza beer and lavender sours to tropical IPAs, rich chocolate stouts, fruity sour beers and barrel aged specialties, there is something unexpected around every corner. At the same time, visitors looking for a well-crafted lager, pilsner or classic Belgian beer will find plenty to enjoy. Live music, food trucks and the relaxed festival atmosphere invite guests to taste, compare and discover. New this year is the venue: for the first time, the festival takes place on Aachen's Market Square. As always, a festival tasting glass makes it easy to sample the wide range of beers, and collectors can look forward to a new glass colour for 2026.
