Wolfgang Binding

Galerie am Elisengarten presents bronze sculptures by Professor Wolfgang Binding, one of Aachen’s most influential sculptors. The exhibition brings together small-scale works and expressive animal and figure motifs that reveal his sensitivity for movement and form. Developed from spontaneous sketches, the bronzes retain a striking sense of vitality. While some motifs are familiar from Aachen’s public spaces, others invite visitors to rediscover Binding’s artistic perspective.
