WMC Kerkrade

The first World Music Competition in 1951 was the largest festival of its kind right from the start. A music festival lasting several weeks with more than 10,000 active musicians and unique musical diversity and quality was unprecedented then and still is today. It has existed for almost 75 years and can be described as a cultural legacy that exists nowhere else.
