Capitol Theater

The Capitol Theater reflects Aachen’s long film tradition while remaining a lively cultural space today. Reopened in 1958, it has become a cherished cinema in the city center. Today it operates as a program cinema offering current releases and curated film series. The Capitol Theater also hosts comedy shows, lectures, and concerts. Its nostalgic charm combined with modern projection technology turns it into a welcoming place where stories continue to unfold. There is a counter in the hall offering light snacks.
