The “Dreiländereck”
Between forest paths and rolling hills, you will reach the point where Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands meet. On the Vaalserberg, a wide view opens up, giving you the feeling of looking at several landscapes at once. The boundary stone symbolically marks the meeting point of the three countries. In the surrounding area, you will find quiet paths that lead you through the nature reserve. The elevated location of around 323 metres gives the place a special clarity. The mixture of border history, nature and quiet expanse makes the ‘Dreiländereck’ a destination that makes you pause and yet makes you curious about what awaits you around the next bend.
