Theater 99/AKUT e.V.

At Theater 99, you can experience performances that have an immediate impact. The small basement room is one of Aachen's oldest independent venues and can only accommodate up to 99 people. This creates an atmosphere in which every word, every glance and every movement carries more weight. Various ensembles and solo artists use this intimate setting to tell their stories without distance. Over the years, the theatre has developed into a place where you can almost physically feel the performing arts and where the audience and stage come particularly close together.
